The method comprises the following steps: firstly, integrally tensioning a steel strand bundle, and stopping tensioning the whole steel strand bundle when the pre-tightening force is slightly smaller than a target pre-tightening force; after the whole tensioning is completed, tensioning the steel strands one by one, so that the pre-tightening forces of all the steel strands are consistent; and finally, tensioning the whole bundle of steel strands integrally again to the target pre-tightening force. The method has the advantages that the stress condition of the steel strand can be optimized, and the bearing capacity of a component is improved.
