The invention relates to the technical field of segmental precast beam erection, and discloses a segmental precast beam erection precision control device which comprises a shell and a blocking piece, the shell is of a hollow cuboid structure, a partition plate is integrally formed in the shell, a main board is fixed to the upper surface of the partition plate, a single-chip microcomputer is fixed to the upper surface of the main board, a tilt angle sensor is fixed on the upper surface of the main board in front of the single chip microcomputer; by arranging a laser distance measuring sensor, a blocking piece, a radar distance measuring sensor and a tilt angle sensor, the height of a segmental precast beam in the erecting process, whether the segmental precast beam inclines or not and whether the two segmental precast beams are in butt joint or not can be accurately detected, signals are fed back to a single-chip microcomputer, the single-chip microcomputer controls a lamp body to emit different kinds of light, therefore, constructors can be reminded to accurately control erection of the segmental precast beams, and compared with traditional manual control of erection accuracy, the device can better control the erection accuracy.
本发明涉及节段预制梁架设技术领域,且公开了一种节段预制梁架设精度控制装置,包括壳体和挡片,所述壳体为中空的长方体结构,且所述壳体的内部一体成型有隔板,所述隔板的上表面固定有主板,所述主板的上表面固定有单片机,且所述主板的上表面位于所述单片机的前方固定有倾角传感器;通过设置激光测距传感器、挡片、雷达测距传感器以及倾角传感器,可以精确检测节段预制梁在架设的过程中所处的高度,是否发生倾斜以及两个节段预制梁是否完成对接,并分别将信号反馈给单片机,单片机控制灯体亮起不同的灯光,从而可以提醒施工人员,进而精确的控制节段预制梁的架设,相较于传统的人工掌控架设的精度,该装置可以更好的掌控架设的精度。
