The method comprises the following steps that 1, beach protection structure construction is carried out, specifically, a layer of sandy soil is paved on a beach face to form a sandy soil layer, broken stones are paved on the sandy soil layer to form a broken stone layer, a hot-dip galvanized steel wire mesh is paved on the broken stone layer to fix the broken stone layer, a plurality of beach protection units are constructed on the hot-dip galvanized steel wire mesh, and the construction method of each beach protection unit comprises the steps that a steel grit mesh is laid on the hot-dip galvanized steel wire mesh, hollow prefabricated concrete blocks are placed on the steel grit net, broken stones are paved oat the peripheries of the bottoms of the precast concrete blocks, beach protection plants are planted in planting holes of the precast concrete blocks upper soil of beach protection plant roots is ballasted with the broken stones, and finally, broken stone paving parts at the peripheries of the bottoms of the precast concrete blocks are fixed by using concrete; and 2, daily maintenance management is conducted within one year after the beach protection plants are planted, so that growth and survival of the plants are guaranteed.
