The offshore oilfield platform comprises a base, wherein a frame body is arranged at the upper middle end of the base; a rotating seat is rotationally connected to the middle end of the base; a hot air blower is arranged at one end of the frame body; a hot air pipe is arranged at the output end of the hot air blower; a ventilation plate is arranged at the lower end of the hot air pipe; the ventilation plate is in rolling connection with the rotating seat; a rotating column is arranged on the edge of the lower end of the rotating seat; a cylindrical hole is formed in the rotating column; an annular pipe is fixedly connected to the tail end of the rotating column; an ice melting mechanism is connected to the lower end of the annular pipe; the hot air blower is used for introducing hot air into the rotating seat through the hot air pipe; the rotating seat is used for introducing the hot air into the annular pipe through the cylindrical hole in the rotating column; the annular pipe is used for introducing the hot air into a shell; the hot air drives a first impeller to rotate; the first impeller drives a first rotating shaft to rotate; the first rotating shaft drives a rack to do reciprocating motion in the vertical direction through a first rotating disc; the rack drives a gear to rotate; and the gear drives an ice melting unit to rotate.
