The invention relates to the technical field of indoor decoration, in particular to a magnetic type suspended ceiling. The magnetic type suspended ceiling comprises suspenders, keel assemblies and a panel, wherein one ends of the suspenders are connected with a wall body, the other ends of the suspenders are provided with magnetic attraction devices connected with the keel assemblies, each keel assembly comprises a first keel attracted with the magnetic attraction device and a second keel connected with the first keel and the panel, and the first keels and the second keels are connected in an inserted mode. By designing the magnetic attraction devices and the keel assemblies, screws are not needed in the suspended ceiling mounting process, the tedious dismounting and mounting steps such as nailing are avoided, the dismounting and mounting efficiency is improved, and meanwhile, the situation that the suspended ceiling is damaged and waste is caused when the suspended ceiling is dismounted is avoided.
