The adjusting device comprises an adjuster, the adjuster is a detachable piece composed of two supporting blocks and an adjusting column body, and the two supporting blocks are located at the two ends of the adjusting column body respectively; each supporting block is provided with a pair of through holes, wherein a leveling cross rod is arranged in the two through holes in one supporting block in a matched manner, a supporting cross rod is arranged in the two through holes in the other supporting block in a matched manner, the supporting cross rod comprises two round rods, and the included angle between the two round rods ranges from 20 degrees to 70 degrees; and a pressing rod is arranged on the leveling cross rod and is a rectangular plate, a pair of through holes are formed in the rectangular plate, the leveling cross rod is provided with the two round rods, the two round rods penetrate through the through holes, and the penetrating-out ends are connected through a connecting block. By means of the adjusting device, overall leveling is carried out through the adjuster during insulation board installation, the flatness of the tops of insulation boards is improved, and convenience is provided for follow-up decoration.
