The invention discloses a chimney with desulfurization and denitrification functions. The chimney comprises a chimney body, a desulfurization and denitrification device, a fan, a first conveying pipe, a second conveying pipe, a third mounting frame, a heat dissipation motor, a control panel, a storage battery protection shell and a solar panel, wherein the chimney body comprises a mounting seat, first flange plate groups, a first connecting pipe, a second flange plate, a connecting body, a third flange plate group, a second connecting pipe, a fourth flange plate, a first mounting groove, a bearing frame, a chimney head, a fifth flange plate and a concentration sensor; and the first flange plate groups are fixed at the top end and the bottom of the mounting seat. The chimney with the desulfurization and denitrification functions is provided with the fan, and smoke containing a small amount of sulfur and nitrate in the connecting body is conveyed into the mounting seat and the connecting body again through an outlet pipe for desulfurization and denitrification treatment in the working process of the fan, so that the smoke containing a small amount of sulfur and nitrate is prevented from being discharged into the environment, and the pollution condition of the environment is increased.
