The anti-theft door and window comprises an anti-theft window body, a movable window and a cleaning rod; the anti-theft window body is used for supporting the whole structure; the movable window is hinged to the bottom of the anti-theft window body; a telescopic rod is arranged in the movable window and can stretch out to be used for airing clothes; and the cleaning rod is connected with the movable window through a connecting rod, the cleaning rod and the movable window can move together, the cleaning rod is used for removing dust on the anti-theft window, and the clothes are prevented from being polluted by the dust. By designing the structures such as the movable window, the cleaning rod and the anti-theft window body, the function of airing the clothes can be added on the basis of a traditional anti-theft window, and the dust on the anti-theft window body can be automatically removed.
