The falling and climbing prevention system comprises transverse guide rails and longitudinal guide rails which are arranged in a crossed mode and used for preventing falling, cross-shaped steering gears are installed at the joints of the transverse guide rails and the longitudinal guide rails, foot nails arranged at intervals are fixed to the longitudinal guide rails, the foot nails are fixed through two clamping seats clamped to the two sides of the longitudinal guide rail respectively, and the foot pins fasten the two clamping seats through threads.
