The invention provides an ecological greening device for mountain land or slopes, and belongs to the technical field of greening equipment. The ecological greening device comprises a water storage and spraying structure which integrally covers a greening area, and is characterized in that the water storage and spraying structure is distributed in a grid shape and comprises a plurality of water storage mechanisms, and the water storage mechanisms are distributed in the greening area in a rectangular array mode. The water storage mechanisms in the water storage and spraying structure can store rainwater during raining, the rainwater stored in the water storage mechanisms can be sprayed out through a spraying assembly during drought to irrigate the greening area, and the water storage and spraying structure composed of the water storage mechanisms and pipeline structures is distributed in the greening area in a grid shape and can integrally cover the greening area, so that the rainwater collection efficiency of the greening area is greatly increased; and in addition, rainwater in the water storage mechanisms connected through the pipeline structures can be transferred and allocated, and the water amount of rainwater storage abundant areas can be transferred to rainwater storage deficient areas.
