The waterproof charging device comprises: a fixing plate; an electrode assembly which is fixedly connected with the fixing plate, wherein the electrode assembly comprises an electrode plate and a cable box, a cable is arranged in the cable box, the cable is used for supplying power, and the cable is connected with the electrode plate; a flow isolation assembly which comprises drainage grooves and flow isolation plates, the drainage grooves comprise a first drainage groove, an insulator is arranged on the peripheral wall of the first drainage groove, the first drainage groove is arranged between the electrode plate and the cable box, the first drainage groove is used for discharging water to the outside, the flow isolation plates comprise a first flow isolation plate, the first flow isolation plate is located in the first drainage groove, the first flow isolation plate is used for separating the first drainage groove, an umbrella-shaped structure is arranged at the top of the first flow isolation plate, and the umbrella-shaped structure is used for enabling rainwater to form water drops to fall down; and a charging electric brush which is arranged on a vehicle, wherein the charging electric brush is connected with the electrode plate.
