本发明公开了一种高强度可回收环保陶瓷泥料的制备方法,本发明将成品废旧瓷器破碎后加入到回收泥料中实现回收利用,加入的废旧成瓷比例达30%‑50%,可以大量减少矿产的开采;另外一部分以日用瓷生产过程中回收泥料的方式加入,通过反复回收利用后回收泥料中存在的已经烧结釉料的比例范围会是0.8‑2.4倍于新加入的废旧瓷器中所含釉料的含量,这个比例会占到总比重的5‑10%,在这个范围内通过固定的烧成范围来确保泥料烧结程度、膨胀系数、收缩控制在日用瓷生产可控的范围内。
