Method for preparing reticular ceramic membrane
The invention discloses a method for preparing a reticular ceramic membrane, wherein the method comprises the steps: pretreating ceramic fibers: putting the ceramic fibers on dissociation equipment, cutting and dispersing, then decomposing bundle fibers into single fibers, and dispersing the single fibers into deionized water; and then, dewatering the treated fibers from the solution, filtering, and drying at the temperature of 150 DEG C for 5 hours; S2, dispersing the treated ceramic fibers into a dispersing agent and stirring; and in the continuous stirring process, adding a high-temperature binder and corn starch into the dispersion liquid respectively to form slurry, continuing stirring to obtain composite slurry containing the ceramic fibers and additive powder, and enabling the slurry to continue to be fully stirred for 10 min in the mixing equipment; and S3, finally, injecting the mixture into a metal mold, moving the metal mold to a drying oven, drying for 24 h at the temperature of 40 DEG C, then taking a green body out of the mold, sintering for 2 h at the high temperature under a certain condition, and finally obtaining the reticular ceramic membrane. The ceramic membrane prepared by the method has a highly porous three-dimensional network structure, and has high removal efficiency on dust particles with the diameter of 0.3-10 [mu]m.
本发明公开了一种网状陶瓷膜制备的方法,陶瓷纤维预处理:将陶瓷纤维放在解离设备上进行切割分散,然后将束纤维分解成单纤维分散到去离子水中;接着,将处理好的纤维从溶液中去水过滤,并在150℃下干燥5h;S2、把处理好的陶瓷纤维分散到分散剂中并搅拌;在连续搅拌过程中,分别加入高温粘结剂、玉米淀粉到分散液中形成料浆,继续搅拌,得到含有陶瓷纤维和添加剂粉末的复合料浆,该料浆在混合设备中继续充分搅拌10min;S3、最后,将混合物注入金属模具中,移至烘箱于40℃下干燥24h,然后将生坯从模具中取出,并在一定条件下高温下烧结2h,最终得到网状陶瓷膜。本发明制备的陶瓷膜具有高度多孔的三维网状结构,对直径为0.3‑10um的灰尘颗粒具有很高的去除效率。
