Through full-automatic watering and felt body laying, the spraying rods at the front end are used for watering in a parabola shape and can be evenly distributed on the pavement, water resource waste caused by manual spraying through large water flow is avoided, the spraying droppers at the rear end are used for soaking the felt body and then laying the felt body on the road surface, a good moisturizing effect is achieved, manual intervention is not needed, and condensed water drops exist on the inner surface of the felt body; the coating, moisturizing and curing time of the concrete is prolonged.
本发明公开了一种建筑工程用的混凝土养护装置及养护方法,其建筑工程用的混凝土养护装置,包括:驱动小车,驱动小车通过遥感控制进行前进和转弯,用于整体的养护装置的驱动,其建筑工程用的混凝土养护装置的养护方法,包括以下步骤,S1:养护装置设于铺设混凝土后的路面上,混凝土带模养护期间,驱动小车带动整体装置前进,储水箱的水管接头连接水管,起到连续供水作用。本发明通过全自动的浇水和铺设毡体,前端喷洒杆呈抛物线浇水,可均匀分布在路面上,避免人工使用大水流喷洒的水资源浪费,后端利用喷滴管对毡体浸湿后铺设在路面,起到良好的保湿效果,无需人工干预,使毡体的内表面具有凝结水珠,延长混凝土的包覆保湿养护时间。
