Synchronous jacking system and jacking method
An existing jacking process of a large storage tank is poor in safety and reliability, low in automation degree, multiple in parts, tedious in installation and complex in operation regulation, and major safety or quality accidents are likely to be caused. The invention provides a synchronous jacking system. The synchronous jacking system comprises a control system, a monitoring system and a jacking system, and the control system controls the jacking system to work synchronously according to an operation instruction and/or data acquired by the monitoring system, and stores monitoring data transmitted by the monitoring system. Components of the jacking system can be quickly assembled and disassembled, and the automation degree of the system is high. The jacking system is accurate in synchronization, capable of achieving synchronous lifting with the precision of 2mm, stable, safe and reliable in operation and capable of stopping at any position. The whole-course data is automatically monitored and stored, and historical data can be retrieved, analyzed and demonstrated. By improving a jacking device, the stroke of an oil cylinder is far smaller than the lifting height, and the defect that a piston rod is prone to deformation due to the too long stroke of the oil cylinder is overcome. The lifting height can be doubled or more under the condition that the stroke of the oil cylinder and the jacking force of the oil cylinder are not increased.
大型储罐现有的顶升工艺安全性、可靠性较差,自动化程度低,部件多安装繁琐,运行操作规程繁杂,容易引发重大安全或质量事故。本发明提供一种同步顶升系统,包括:控制系统、监测系统、顶升系统;控制系统根据运行指令和/或监测系统获取的数据控制顶升系统同步工作,并存储检测系统传来的监测数据。本发明的顶升系统部件能快速组装拆卸,系统自动化程度高。提升系统同步精确,能达到精度2mm同步升降、运行平稳安全可靠,能在任意位置停止。全程数据自动监测、存储,历史数据可以调阅、分析、演示。本发明对顶升装置的改进使得油缸的行程远小于提升高度,解决了由于油缸行程太长,活塞杆容易变形的缺陷。能够在不增加油缸的行程和油缸的顶升力的情况下,提升高度提高一倍或更多。
