The invention relates to a combined type bottom plate frame and a spliced floor. The combined type bottom plate frame comprises a combined type square frame body and a plurality of splicing accessories detachably mounted on the frame body; the frame body comprises four keels, the keels are of a uniform-section extending structure, and every two adjacent keels are vertically connected through the corresponding splicing accessory; each splicing accessory comprises a fixing part and a connecting part, wherein the fixing part is suitable for enabling the splicing accessory to be mounted on the corresponding keel in a disengagement-preventing mode, the connecting part is suitable for being connected with the keel of another combined type bottom plate frame, and thus splicing of the multiple combined type bottom plate frames is achieved. According to the combined type bottom plate frame and the spliced floor, an injection mold does not need to be adopted, personalized customization of the spliced floor in size is achieved through stretching and cutting machining modes, the restriction of the injection mold on the richness of the size and specification of the spliced floor is eliminated, the production cost is reduced, and the requirement of the market for the richness of the size and specification of the spliced floor can be met.
