The method comprises the steps that a warehouse bottom plate of a concrete structure is completed and passes acceptance inspection; a vapor-proof film and a heat preservation layer are laid on the warehouse bottom plate; warehouse division is carried out, then a warehouse lattice concrete formwork is erected, and reinforcing steel bars are bound; the elevation of a guide beam is adjusted; concrete is poured and vibrated; the elevation of the guide beam is rechecked; the concrete is roughly slicked; the concrete surface is finely slicked; carborundum is uniformly spread on the concrete surface layer by using spreading equipment; the surface layer is polished; and a curing agent is scatted and polishing is carried out, and therefore, the flatness of a narrow roadway floor is effectively ensured.
