Formwork flexible connecting and anchoring device
The invention relates to the technical field of formwork fixing devices, in particular to a formwork flexible connecting and anchoring device. The device comprises a supporting disc, a stud, a pre-tightening nut, a fixing short sleeve and a puller bolt which are sequentially arranged from left to right; a clamping sleeve is arranged in the fixing short sleeve, the pre-tightening nut is in threaded connection to the stud, and the overall appearance of the clamping sleeve is in a circular truncated cone shape with the small left portion and the large right portion; and the clamping sleeve is formed by splicing at least two petal bodies, and the left end face of the puller bolt abuts against the right end faces of the petal bodies. Through the arrangement of the petal-shaped clamp, when the puller bolt is screwed into the fixing short sleeve, the puller bolt can push the clamp to move towards the main pressing contact surface with the inner diameter gradually reduced, the petal-shaped clamp is extruded by the main pressing contact surface to be gradually shrunk and finally enclasped on a tie bar, then the pre-tightening nut is screwed, so that the pre-tightening nut gradually abuts against the left end face of the fixing short sleeve, according to the characteristic that the action of force is mutual, the supporting disc abuts against the outer wall of the formwork, and therefore tensioning and fixing of an inner formwork and an outer formwork are achieved.
