The invention discloses a composite ceramic coating adaptive to a motor insulation bearing. The composite ceramic coating comprises a metal transition layer, a ceramic insulation layer and a polymer sealing layer, the metal transition layer is formed by spraying an alloy composed of 93wt% of Ni and 7wt% of Al, the ceramic insulation layer is formed by spraying a compound raw material, the compound raw material is formed by mixing mixed powder and a cellulose acetate binder accounting for 0.5% of the mass of the mixed powder, the mixed powder comprises 95-99wt% of alpha-Al2O3, 0.2-2.5 wt% of SiO2 and 0.2-2.5 wt% of CeO2, the thickness of the macromolecular sealing layer does not exceed 50 microns, and the raw materials of the macromolecular sealing layer are alkyd resin modified organic silicon impregnating varnish and a diluent. Through selection of coating materials and improvement of a spraying processing technology, the high-performance composite ceramic coating which is high in bonding strength with a bearing base body, high in toughness, not prone to stripping, high in density, wide in temperature application range and low in cost is prepared.
