Method for preparing ceramic material through ultraviolet light beam synchronous curing assisted direct writing 3D printing
The invention relates to a method for preparing a ceramic material through ultraviolet light beam synchronous curing assisted direct writing 3D printing. The method comprises the steps that 1, a three-dimensional model of the ceramic material is established; 2, gas is pushed to extrude slurry by using an air pump; 3, before printing is started, an irradiation point coincides with a beating material extrusion position, during printing, a point light source synchronously moves along with a printing needle, and after single-time printing is completed, a printer stops printing, the needle returns to the original position, an ultraviolet lamp point light source is turned off, and a high-power ultraviolet lamp is turned on for surface exposure till complete curing is achieved; 4, the printer adjusts height parameters according to the height of a specific printing layer, continuously prints one to two layers on the cured printing layer and exposes, and the operation is cycled until printing is completed; and 5, the printed and molded ceramic body is degreased and sintered according to a sintering system. The problems of non-uniform curing, printing wire breakage, local overexposure, accumulative defects and the like in the photo-assisted direct writing forming process can be solved.
本发明涉及一种紫外光束同步固化辅助直写3D打印制备陶瓷材料的方法,包括:步骤1,建立陶瓷材料的三维模型;步骤2,利用气泵推动气体挤出浆料;步骤3,打印开始前,使照射点与打浆料挤出位置重合,打印时,点光源随着打印针头同步移动,单次打印完成后,打印机即暂停打印,针头归位,关闭紫外灯点光源,并打开大功率紫外灯进行面曝光至完全固化;步骤4,打印机根据具体打印层的高度调整高度参数,在已固化的打印层上继续打印一至两层并曝光,如此循环操作直至打印完成;步骤5,对打印成型的陶瓷坯体按照烧成制度进行脱脂烧结。本发明可以解决光辅助直写成型工艺中固化不均匀,打印断丝,局部过度曝光,累积性缺陷等问题。
