Disclosed is a four-wheel steering chassis for an electric road sweeper comprising a body, a steering wheel arranged at the front end of the body, a front shock absorber and a rear shock absorber, and further comprises a front wheel assembly arranged on the front portion of the machine body, and the front wheel assembly comprises two front wheels, a front connecting plate arranged between the two front wheels and a front wheel steering driving device; the front wheel assembly is fixed with the bottom of the body through a front damper; the rear wheel assembly is arranged at the rear part of the body, the rear wheel assembly comprises two rear wheels, a driving motor for driving the rear wheels to rotate, a rear connecting plate and a rear wheel steering driving device, the rear connecting plate and the rear wheel steering driving device are connected with one rear wheel, and the rear wheel assembly is fixed with the body by a rear shock absorber. According to the technical scheme, a pure electric drive chassis rear wheel motor direct drive mode is adopted, and the energy efficiency conversion rate is high. And meanwhile, the steering wheel is connected in a shaftless mode, and rotation is light, convenient and flexible.
本发明公开了一种用于电动扫路机的四轮转向底盘,包括机身、设置在机身前端部的方向盘、前减震器和后减震器,还包括:设置在机身前部的前轮总成,前轮总成包括两个前轮、设置在两个前轮之间的前连接板和前轮转向驱动装置,前轮总成通过前减震器与机身底部固定;设置在机身后部的后轮总成,后轮总成包括两个后轮、驱动后轮转动的驱动电机、分别与1个后轮连接的后连接板和后轮转向驱动装置,后轮总成通过后减震器与机身固定。本技术方案为纯电动驱动底盘后轮电机直接驱动方式,能效转化率高。前后轮能够同时转向,减小了转弯半径,同时方向盘为无轴连接,转动轻便灵活。
