The invention provides a lifting type footplate operating platform for a direct-driven permanent magnet wind driven generator. The lifting type footplate operating platform comprises crossed lifting platforms, ladders for manual ascending and descending, guardrails and tool assembling compatible plates; and fan-shaped surface plates are arranged above the crossed lifting platforms, crossed lifting supporting arms are arranged below the surface plates, one side of each lifting supporting arm is connected with a lifting structure, fence positioning sleeves are arranged on the outer sides of the surface plates, a circle is defined by the crossed lifting platforms, the guardrails are vertically installed in the fence positioning sleeves, an O-shaped chain is arranged between every two adjacent guardrails, the tool assembling compatible plates are arranged in the gaps between the every two adjacent surface plates, and the ladders for manual ascending and descending are arranged on the outer sides of the tool assembling compatible plates. After the whole platform is installed, an operator can conveniently carry out generator manufacturing, such as end turn welding and binding, on the platform, and can adjust or take down a part of guardrails to meet the operation requirements of ring lowering and the like when an end ring is lowered, the occupied area is small, the cost is low, and the assembly efficiency is high.
本发明提供了一种用于直驱永磁风力发电机升降式踏板操作平台,包括交叉升降平台、人工上下梯子、护栏、工装拼组兼容板。所述交叉升降平台上方设有扇形平面板,平面板下方设有交叉的升降支撑臂,所述升降支撑臂一侧连接升降结构,平面板外侧设有围栏定位套,多个交叉升降平台围成一个圆,所述护栏竖直装在围栏定位套内,相邻护栏之间设有0字链条,相邻平面板之间的间隙装有工装拼组兼容板,人工上下梯子设置在工装拼组兼容板的外侧。整个平台安装完成后,操作人员便于在平台上进行发电机制作,如:并头焊接、包扎等作业,及下端环时可调节或取下部分护栏,实现下环等作业需求,占地面积小,成本低,装配效率高。
