Glaze for honeycomb ceramic tile
The invention discloses glaze of a honeycomb ceramic tile. The glaze is prepared by mixing ceramic frits, kaolin and pigments, the honeycomb ceramic tile comprises a ceramic shell (1), the surface of the ceramic shell (1) is covered with the glaze, a plurality of honeycomb holes (2) are distributed in the ceramic shell (1), and a honeycomb hole wall (3) is formed between every two adjacent honeycomb holes (2); and rainproof edges (4) are arranged on the hole face sides of the honeycomb holes (2) and on the edge of the ceramic shell (1), the cross sections of the rainproof edges (4) in the hole depth direction of the honeycomb holes (2) are of a concave-convex structure, and heat preservation materials or/and heat insulating materials are further arranged in the honeycomb holes (2). The honeycomb ceramic tile prepared from the glaze has the advantages of heat insulating , heat preservation, flame retardance, sound insulating, high strength, bright color, different patterns, convenience in construction, environment friendliness, high durability, freezing and thawing prevention, remarkable rain shielding effect and the like.
