The invention discloses a cement concrete pavement patching material, a preparation process and a pavement patching method, and belongs to the technical field of concrete repairing. The patching material is mainly prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 48 to 52 parts of Portland cement, 7 to 10 parts of a cement additive, 17 to 19 parts of water, 0.7 to 0.9 part of resin rubber powder, 280 to 320 parts of coarse aggregate, 120 to 160 parts of tailing powder, 0.12 to 0.36 part of fiber and 2 to 5 parts of early strength agent. By adding the resin rubber powder, on one hand, the bonding capacity of the patching material at the interface of new and old concrete is enhanced, the bonding strength is improved, and on the other hand, the patching material has good freeze-thaw damage resistance; the composite fiber formed by compounding the polymer fiber and the steel fiber is selected, so that the breaking strength, the crack resistance and the impact resistance of the material are improved; calcium gluconate and calcium formate are selected as early strength agents, the patching material is endowed with the characteristics of rapid hardening and early strength, traffic can be opened after construction is performed for 12-24 h, long-time maintenance is not needed, and the working efficiency is high.
