The invention provides a road surface sweeping device. The road surface sweeping device comprises a garbage picking device, a garbage collecting device, a garbage conveying device and a garbage storage box. The garbage picking device comprises a rolling shaft and a flexible linear body arranged on the rolling shaft; the garbage collecting device comprises a spiral conveying mechanism and a shell, the spiral conveying mechanism comprises a shaft body, a fan blade is arranged in the middle of the shaft body, and two spiral blades with opposite spiral directions are arranged on the two sides of the fan blade; the spiral conveying mechanism is half wrapped by the shell, the upper edge of the shell extends out of a first support to be connected with a rolling shaft of the garbage picking device, and the side edge of the shell extends out of a second support to be connected with a shaft body of the spiral conveying mechanism. The lower edge of the shell is movably connected with a row of garbage receiving units for receiving garbage; a garbage collecting channel is arranged at the position, corresponding to the fan blades, of the lower rear portion of the shell, the garbage collecting channel is connected with a garbage conveying device, and a garbage outlet of the garbage conveying device is formed in the upper portion of the garbage storage box. According to the scheme, the road surface sweeping efficiency can be effectively improved.
