The invention provides a steel plate truss double-sided laminated shear wall and a construction method thereof. The steel plate truss double-sided laminated shear wall is characterized in that two layers of steel bar meshes are connected through a steel bar truss, and the steel bar meshes are embedded in prefabricated wall bodies; the two ends of each steel plate are connected with the steel bar meshes in the two prefabricated wall bodies correspondingly, the shearing force generated when the steel plate truss double-sided laminated shear wall is installed can be resisted, slippage is prevented, and the tensile resistance of the prefabricated wall bodies is guaranteed when concrete is poured into the space between the two prefabricated wall bodies. The prefabricated steel plate truss double-sided laminated shear wall replaces a traditional prefabricated double-sided laminated shear wall, so that the problem that the construction quality and the construction efficiency cannot be considered at the same time due to the fact that a prefabricated wall component is too large in size, difficult to construct and low in safety in an existing project is solved; finally, the novel steel plate truss double-sided laminated shear wall construction method which is good in construction quality and good in safety performance is formed.
本发明提供了一种钢板桁架双面叠合剪力墙及其施工方法,包括:两层钢筋网片通过钢筋桁架相连,钢筋网片埋入预制墙体内。每块钢板的两端分别连接两块预制墙体内的钢筋网片,可以抵抗钢板桁架双面叠合剪力墙安装时的剪力,防止滑移,而且在两块预制墙体之间的空间灌注混凝土时保证预制墙体抗拉力。本发明通过预制钢板桁架双面叠合剪力墙代替传统预制双面叠合剪力墙,从而解决现有的项目中因预制墙体构件尺寸过大,施工困难,安全性低,而无法兼顾施工质量与施工效率的问题。最终形成一套施工质量好,安全性能好的新型钢板桁架双面叠合剪力墙施工方法。
