The invention relates to a BIM-based constructional engineering protection device. The BIM-based constructional engineering protection device comprises a roof body, wherein two first motors are arranged on the upper side of the roof body, and an output shaft of each first motor is connected with a driving rod perpendicular to the output shaft; flashing boards are arranged on the upper sides of the first motors, and an obtuse angle is formed by the two flashing boards; and a rotating shaft is arranged at the joint of the two flashing boards, a lifting air cylinder is arranged below the rotating shaft, the lifting air cylinder is connected with a lifting rod, and a lifting board is arranged above the lifting rod. The BIM-based constructional engineering protection device has the advantage of being rain-proof.
