The invention discloses a solar power generation device for a building roof. The solar power generation device comprises a ceiling mechanism and a plurality of solar mechanisms, wherein a top block is arranged on the top end of the ceiling mechanism, a sliding mechanism is arranged on the ceiling mechanism, the sliding mechanism comprises two fixed frames, three sliding grooves, two screw rods, two sliding blocks, a connecting belt, two belt pulleys and a motor, a sweeping mechanism is arranged on the two sliding blocks, the sweeping mechanism comprises a rotating rod, two sweeping brushes, a rotating column and a plurality of fan blades, the two sweeping brushes are fixed to both sides of the outer wall of the rotating rod, and a flushing mechanism is arranged on the top block. According to the solar power generation device, the sweeping mechanism and the flushing mechanism are matched, and the sliding blocks slide on the sliding mechanism, so that the rotating rod can conveniently slide up and down; the fan blades rotate, so that the sweeping brushes on the rotating rod can sweep the top surface of the ceiling mechanism, normal use of a battery assembly cannot be influenced by fallen leaves; and the flushing mechanism is arranged, so that dust can be conveniently flushed.
