The invention relates to a wall radioactivity protection structure with a socket and a construction method thereof. The wall radioactivity protection structure comprises a skeleton, a lead protection layer, and a lead protection plate; the skeleton is disposed at the periphery of a to-be-installed socket box in a surrounding manner, and is fixedly disposed on a wall body in an attached manner; the lead protection layer is arranged between the wall body and the socket box, and the edge of the lead protection layer extends to be fixedly attached to the skeleton; the lead protection plate is matched with the wall body and fixed on the skeleton, the lead protection plate is provided with a through hole corresponding to the socket box, and the edge, close to the socket box, of the lead protection plate is pressed on the lead protection layer and fixed on the framework. According to the wall radioactivity protection structure with the socket and the construction method thereof, the whole wall body forms lead protection in a continuous closed state through the lead protection layer and the lead protection plate, so that gaps at socket are avoided from working procedures, and continuity and closeness of the lead protection are ensured.
