The invention discloses a door collision prevention device. The door collision prevention device comprises a mounting box mounted at the lower end of a door, a telescopic mechanism mounted in the mounting box, and a controller mounted in the mounting box; a detector for detecting the moving speed is mounted on the mounting box; the lower end of the telescopic mechanism extends below the mounting box, and is connected with a brake part; the detector and the telescopic mechanism are electrically connected with the controller; and when the detector detects that the moving speed of the mounting box is higher than or equal to a set value, or the acceleration of the mounting box is higher than or equal to a set value, the controller controls the telescopic mechanism to downwards extend, so that the brake part is contacted with the ground for braking. When the door quickly rotates, the brake part decelerates the door or even stops rotation of the door, so that the door can be prevented from violently colliding with a door frame or a door stopper or a wall.
