The invention discloses a hidden forward opening and closing angle valve device which comprises a box body, a water inlet connecting pipe, a switching assembly and a water outlet connecting pipe assembly, wherein a containing cavity is formed in the box body, a side opening communicating with the containing cavity is formed in the upper side surface of a main body 15, and a first front opening and a second front opening which communicate with the containing cavity are formed in the front surface of the box body; the water inlet connecting pipe is arranged in the containing cavity, the upper end of the water inlet connecting pipe faces the side opening, and the lower end of the water inlet connecting pipe communicates with the switching assembly; the switching assembly comprises a valve element and an adjusting knob, and an inlet and an outlet of the valve element communicate with the water inlet connecting pipe and the water outlet connecting pipe assembly respectively; the adjusting knob is connected with the valve element to be used for adjusting opening and closing of the valve element and extends out of the front surface of the box body from the first front opening; and the right end of the water outlet connecting pipe assembly is arranged in the second front opening, and the left end of the water outlet connecting pipe assembly extends into the containing cavity and communicates with the valve element. By using the hidden forward opening and closing angle valve device, the water outlet pipe and an adjusting switch can be well connected from the front surface in a hidden mode, so that a transverse length of the angle valve is reduced, and the hidden forward opening and closing angle valve device is suitable for various narrow spaces.
