The invention relates to the technical field of nacelles, in particular to an aerial wounded transferring nacelle which comprises a nacelle body and a nacelle door movably arranged on the nacelle body, and further comprises a detection module arranged on the nacelle body and used for detecting the distance between the nacelle body and the ground; moving assemblies which are movably arranged on the pod body; and an adjusting unit which is arranged on the pod body, and the adjusting unit is connected with the moving assembly and used for controlling opening and closing of the pod door; on one hand, the whole pod can be pulled to move, on the other hand, the pod door can be opened at the moment when the pod falls to the ground, a traditional manual opening mode is avoided, and time is shortened for treatment work of wounded personnel.
