The invention discloses a gypsum-based cement lightweight sound insulation wallboard capable of adsorbing and decomposing formaldehyde, and belongs to the technical field of gypsum-based cement wallboards. The wallboard is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 850 parts of desulfurized gypsum, 100 parts of 425 # cement, 50 parts of quick-drying high-standard cement, 8-12 parts of polystyrene particle foam, 100 parts of mineral wool, 10-50 parts of activated carbon, 1-5 parts of rubber powder, 0.5-2 parts of a retarder, 5-20 parts of blast furnace slag, 0.5-2 parts of cellulose ether, 50-100 parts of a high-molecular polymer, 5-20 parts of styrene-acrylic emulsion and 40-100 parts of water. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, adding rubber powder and two modifiers of cellulose ether and styrene-acrylic emulsion into the blast furnace slag to change the non-adhesion between the blast furnace slag and cement, then adding cement, desulfurized gypsum, quick-drying high-standard cement, polystyrene particle foaming, mineral wool, activated carbon, a high-molecular polymer and a retarder, and uniformly stirring for pouring, and pouring for 2-6 hours, and demolding to obtain a finished product. The wallboard has the effects of enclosing, supporting, heat preservation and sound insulation, and has the biggest characteristic of adsorbing and decomposing indoor formaldehyde and purifying indoor air.
一种可吸附并分解甲醛的石膏基水泥轻质隔音墙板,属于石膏基水泥墙板技术领域。墙板按重量由脱硫石膏850份、425#水泥100份、快干高标水泥50份、聚苯乙烯颗粒发泡8~12份、矿棉100份、活性炭10~50份、胶粉1~5份、缓凝剂0.5~2份、高炉矿渣5~20份、纤维素醚0.5~2份、高分子聚合物50‑100、苯丙乳液5~20份和水40~100份制成。先在高炉矿渣中加入胶粉和纤维素醚、苯丙乳液两种改性剂改变高炉矿渣与水泥的不粘接性,然后再加入水泥、脱硫石膏、快干高标水泥、聚苯乙烯颗粒发泡、矿棉、活性炭、高分子聚合物和缓凝剂搅拌均匀即可进行浇筑,浇筑2~6个小时脱模即为成品。本发明的墙板在具备围闭支撑及保温隔音效果的同时其最大特点就是具有吸附并分解室内甲醛、净化室内空气的作用。
