The invention discloses a self-luminous road marking coating, and a preparation method and a construction method thereof. The coating comprises 25 to 40 parts of a self-made polyurethane modified acrylic resin emulsion, 1 to 10 parts of dioctyl phthalate, 10 to 30 parts of energy-storage self-luminous powder, 5 to 20 parts of titanium dioxide, 5 to 15 parts of talcum powder, 10 to 20 parts of glass beads, 0.01 to 0.5 part of nano fumed silica, 0.5 to 2 parts of a dispersing agent, 0.5 to 2 parts of a defoaming agent, 0.5 to 2 parts of a flatting agent, 0.5 to 2 parts of a thickening agent and 5 to 10 parts of tap water. The coating disclosed by the invention not only has the flexibility of polyurethane to effectively prevent the marking coating from cracking, but also has the high bonding strength of acrylic resin to remarkably improve the durability of the marking coating.
本发明公开了自发光道路标线涂料、制备方法及施工方法。涂料包括:自制聚氨酯改性丙烯酸树脂乳液25‑40份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯1‑10份,蓄能自发光粉10‑30份,钛白粉5‑20份,滑石粉5‑15份,玻璃微珠10‑20份,纳米气相二氧化硅0.01‑0.5份,分散剂0.5‑2份,消泡剂0.5‑2份,流平剂0.5‑2份,增稠剂0.5‑2份,自来水5‑10份。本发明涂料不仅具有聚氨酯的柔性,有效防止标线涂料开裂,也具有丙烯酸树脂的高粘结强度,显著提高标线涂料的耐久性。
