The signal lamp comprises a filter screen, wherein a lower surface of the filter screen is fixedly connected with supporting legs, lower ends of the supporting legs are fixedly connected with a base, an upper surface of the filter screen is provided with a bulb, the outer side of the bulb is provided with a lampshade, and an upper surface of the lampshade is fixedly connected with a cover plate; during use, in rainy days, rainwater can flow into the cleaning and brushing mechanism to enable the water storage tank to move downwards due to gravity of the rainwater, and in the downward moving process, the rollers can enable the cleaning rollers to rotate to rub and clean the surface of the lampshade, so cement powder is cleaned and brushed down; and when the water storage tank descends to an upper surface of the filter screen, the drainage mechanism works to drain water, so the water storage tank is rewound and reset under the action of a clockwork spring in the take-up roller, a surface of the lampshade can be repeatedly scrubbed in rainy days, and a problem that dust on the surface of the lampshade is splashed and solidified when meeting rainwater is solved.
