Rubble concrete pouring system
The invention discloses a rubble concrete pouring system. The system comprises a pouring channel used for receiving rubbles and/or concrete, and an operation platform used for transferring the rubbles and/or the concrete moved out of the pouring channel into a retaining wall body formwork. According to the scheme, pouring materials are transferred to the operation platform through the pouring channel firstly, then the pouring materials on the operation platform are transferred into the retaining wall body formwork by workers, and therefore convenient and fast pouring of gravitational retaining wall rubble concrete is achieved; according to the design, the system has the beneficial effects that by means of the scheme, rubble concrete pouring can be directly conducted, a temporary construction road does not need to be built on one side of the retaining wall body, earth excavation is avoided, hardening of the temporary road is reduced, and the pouring cost is reduced; and 2, by means of the scheme, earth excavation and backfilling can be avoided, and the construction process is safer.
本发明公开了一种片石混凝土浇筑系统,包括:用于接入片石和/或混凝土的浇筑通道;用于将由所述浇筑通道移出的所述片石和/或所述混凝土转移至挡墙墙身模板内的操作平台。在本方案中,先通过浇筑通道将浇筑物料转移至操作平台上,再由工人将操作平台上的浇筑物料转移至挡墙墙身模板内,从而有助于实现了重力式挡墙片石混凝土的方便快捷浇筑,本方案如此设计,具有如下的有益效果:1、利用本方案可直接进行片石砼浇筑,不需在挡墙墙身一侧修建临时施工道路,避免土方开挖,减少临时道路硬化,降低浇筑成本;2、利用本方案可避免土方开挖及回填,施工过程中更为安全。
