The invention provides a floor splicing and fixing structure and a mounting method thereof. The floor splicing and fixing structure comprises floors and connecting pieces, wherein the floors are rectangular; a plurality of floors are arranged in a matrix; the connecting pieces are mounted at right angles of the floors; the adjacent floors are spliced with each other through the connecting pieces; each connecting piece comprises a horizontally arranged base plate; each base plate is provided with two right-angle sides which are intersected; two vertically arranged positioning plates are connected to each base plate; and the two positioning plates are vertically connected to the tail ends of the two right-angle sides respectively. According to the floor splicing and fixing structure, the structures of the connecting pieces and the floors are ingeniously designed, so that the floors and the connecting pieces can be quickly mounted in a vertical inserting manner; male connecting pieces and female connecting pieces can be quickly spliced through splicing plates and splicing grooves; and the whole mounting process is convenient and quick, and the mounting efficiency is greatly improved.
