The ground overhead adjusting bolt skirting line comprises a skirting line body and a supporting bolt connected to the skirting line body, a positioning base is arranged at the bottom of the supporting bolt, the skirting line body sequentially comprises a wallboard connecting section, an exposed section, a floor connecting section and a bolt connecting section from top to bottom, the wallboard connecting section, the exposed section and the floor connecting section are connected to one end of the bolt connecting section, the wallboard connecting section and the floor connecting section are provided with a first clamping groove and a second clamping groove correspondingly, the first clamping groove and a wallboard are positioned, and the second clamping groove and the floor are positioned. The skirting line is connected with the wallboard and the floor, so that the skirting line is stable and not prone to falling off, the edge of the floor is stable through the supporting bolts connected to the skirting line, and the situation that the floor is uneven due to sinking is avoided.
