Scaffold metal safety net for building and mounting method thereof
The invention discloses a scaffold metal safety net for a building. The scaffold metal safety net comprises a scaffold, connecting parts, clamping parts and supporting rails, and a net piece is arranged between the two supporting rails; and the supporting rails are of a cuboid hollow structure, one side faces of the supporting rails are divided into two parts from the center positions, a bend is arranged on each part, a plurality of clamping grooves are formed in each bend, opposite through holes are formed in the two end faces of each supporting rail, and positioning bolts are arranged in the through holes in a penetrating manner. Each clamping part comprises a clamping piece, a connecting bolt and a fixing pipe, a handle is arranged in each fixing pipe in a penetrating manner, and the handles are fixed to the connecting parts; and an anti-falling nut is arranged at the bottom of each connecting bolt, a fixing nut is arranged at the inner side of each anti-falling nut, and the fixing nuts are connected to the connecting bolts in a threaded manner. By the adoption of the structure, the problem that a safety net fixing part and a scaffold cross beam or vertical beam are not aligned accurately is solved, the site net hanging difficulty is reduced, the fixing position of the safety net can be adjusted on a construction site, and adjustment in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction is supported.
本发明公开了一种建筑用脚手架金属安全网,包括脚手架、连接件、卡件和支撑轨,两个支撑轨之间设置有网片;支撑轨设置为长方体中空结构,支撑轨的一侧面从中心位置分为两部分,每一部分上均设置有折弯,每一个折弯上均设置有若干个卡槽,支撑轨的两端面上均设置有相对的通孔,通孔内穿设有定位栓;卡件包括卡片、连接螺栓和固定管,固定管内穿设有把手,把手固定在连接件上;连接螺栓的底部设置有防脱螺母,防脱螺母的里侧设置有固定螺母,固定螺母螺纹连接在连接螺栓上。本发明采用上述结构克服了安全网固定件与脚手架横梁或竖梁对不准的问题,减少了现场挂网难度,可在施工现场调整安全网的固定位置,支持竖直方向和水平方向的调整。
