According to the scheme, through mutual cooperation of the abutting mechanisms and the blocking mechanism, when a bus is about to enter a station, people can be effectively blocked by stretching out and drawing back s first translation rod into an inner cavity of a clamping cavity, the situation that the people are crowded on the periphery of a road, and consequently stable parking of a bus driver is affected is prevented, limiting control over passengers getting on the bus is achieved, the problem of crowding when the bus arrives at the station is solved, and the parking safety of a bus driver is improved.
