The invention discloses a latch bolt turnover locating structure which comprises a latch bolt, a connecting rod, a limiting device, a reset elastic piece and a guide device. The connecting rod is provided with a head end and a tail end, and the connecting rod is slidably connected to the guide device; the head end of the connecting rod is rotatably connected to the latch bolt; a guide hole is formed in the limiting device, and the connecting rod is slidably arranged in the guide hole in a penetrating mode; the two ends of the reset elastic piece abut against the limiting device and the guide device separately; the latch bolt is provided with a first locating surface and a second locating surface which are connected and obliquely arranged, and the first locating surface is perpendicular to the connecting rod; the limiting device abuts against the first locating surface or the second locating surface; when a door is opened, the latch bolt is squeezed by a door frame to turn over and swing forwards, and the object that the limiting device abuts against is switched from the first locating surface to the second locating surface; the limiting device remains abutting against the second locating surface after completion of door opening action, and the situation that the latch bolt is turned over and swung backwards to reset and consequently noise is generated is avoided.
