The invention discloses a marine sound insulation and gas stopping door which comprises a door frame. A sound insulation door is rotatably connected to the left side of the rear end of the door frame, a sound insulation window is arranged in the upper portion of a door body of the sound insulation door, damping sliding rails are slidably connected to the left end and the right end of the sound insulation window, and buffering pads are fixedly connected to the bottom ends of the damping sliding rails; and a rubber magnetic strip is fixedly connected to the top end of the sound insulation window, an anti-deformation layer is arranged at the outer side of the sound insulation door, a sound insulation layer is arranged between the anti-deformation layer and the sound insulation window, and a plurality of rubber sealing strips are fixedly connected to the right end of the sound insulation door and the inner wall of the right end of the door frame. According to the marine sound insulation and gas stopping door, by arranging the anti-deformation layer and the sound insulation layer, the strength and the sound insulation effect of the sound insulation door are improved; through mutual extrusion and attachment of sealing rubber rings, the air tightness of the sound insulation door is improved, and the sound insulation effect is further improved; and by arranging the sound insulation window, the functionality of the sound insulation door is improved, escape is facilitated at necessary time, and the marine sound insulation and gas stopping door is worthy of wide popularization.
