The embodiment of the invention discloses a gypsum board coagulant generation device and a gypsum board production system. The gypsum board coagulant generation device comprises a dust collector, a separation device, a pneumatic conveying device and a treatment device, and a conveying device is arranged between the dust collector and the separation device; the dust collector is arranged on a gypsum board trimming production line and used for collecting gypsum board trimming waste, the conveying device is arranged to convey the gypsum board trimming waste collected by the dust collector to the separating device, and the separating device is arranged to separate the gypsum board trimming waste to obtain gypsum ash. The pneumatic conveying device is used for conveying the gypsum ash to the treatment device, and the treatment device is used for preparing the gypsum ash into the coagulant.
