Concrete for greening and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to concrete for greening and a preparation method thereof. The concrete for greening is composed of cement, sand, water, farmland soil, green plant seeds, enzymatic hydrolysis organic matter, EM bacteria, polyacrylamide, plant powder and an SE-10 emulsifier, wherein the enzymatic hydrolysis organic matter is prepared from meat and bone meal, proteolytic enzyme, lipase, bone enzyme, sodium hydroxide and water through a reaction; the polyacrylamide is prepared from acrylamide, 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid, N,N'-methylene bisacrylamide, sodium hydroxide, water, acrylic acid, an SE-10 emulsifier, polyethylene glycol diacrylate, a 1173 photoinitiator and diethylene glycol diacrylate through a reaction; and the plant powder is prepared from gingko peel, walnut shells, soybean straw and silver-loaded titanium dioxide through a reaction. The concrete for greening provided by the invention has excellent properties in preventing matrix loss, matrix shrinkage and crack and matrix stripping and plant greening rate.
本发明涉及一种绿化用混凝土及其制备方法。所述绿化用混凝土由水泥、砂子、水、农田土壤、绿植种子、酶解有机质、EM菌、聚丙烯酰胺、植物粉和SE‑10乳化剂组成,所述酶解有机质由肉骨粉、蛋白水解酶、脂肪酶、骨酶、氢氧化钠和水反应制得,所述聚丙烯酰胺由丙烯酰胺、2‑丙烯酰胺‑2‑甲基丙磺酸、N,Nˊ‑亚甲基双丙烯酰胺、氢氧化钠、水、丙烯酸、SE‑10乳化剂、聚乙二醇二丙烯酸酯、1173光引发剂和二乙二醇二丙烯酸酯反应制得,所述植物粉由银杏果皮、核桃壳、大豆秸秆和银负载二氧化钛反应制得。本发明提供的绿化用混凝土具有优异的防基质流失、防基质收缩裂缝、防基质剥离和植物绿化率性能。
