The invention discloses a manufacturing process and a manufacturing formula of a high-strength fireproof and moistureproof tray, and relates to the technical field of trays. The manufacturing formula comprises the following components in parts by weight: 25 to 15 parts of magnesium oxide, 20 to 10 parts of magnesium chloride, 20 to 10 parts of magnesium sulfate, 10 to 1 part of glass fabric, 20 to 10 parts of sawdust, 20 to 10 parts of rice husk, 15 to 5 parts of straw, 2 to 1 part of perlite, 2 to 1 part of iron oxide color paste and 2 to 1 part of iron oxide toner. The magnesium chloride and the magnesium oxide are added into the formula of the tray, so that the heat resistance of the tray can be improved, and the tray achieves a fireproof effect; and the glass fabric, the iron oxide color paste and the perlite are added into the formula of the tray, so that on the one hand, the water resistance of the tray can be improved, and the tray achieves a moistureproof effect, on the other hand, breeding of microorganisms and bacteria on the surface of the tray can be reduced, and then the tray mildewing condition is reduced.
