Concrete road repairing material as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses a concrete road repairing material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 40-55 parts of electrical grade magnesia, 13-17 parts of monopotassium phosphate, 6-12.5 parts of metakaolin, 8-10 parts of modified hydrophobic ultrafine powder, 3-7 parts of a composite additive, 32-57 parts of fine aggregate and 7-9 parts of water. The preparation method of the modified hydrophobic ultrafine powder comprises the following steps: stirring 15% by weight of polymethylhydrosiloxane, 4% by weight of a polyvinyl alcohol surfactant and 81% by weight of SiO2 nanoparticles under an ultrasonic condition at a speed of 80 +/-5r/min for 30min, drying and grinding to obtain ultrafine powder with a specific surface area of greater than 1000m < 2 >/kg, namely the modified hydrophobic ultrafine powder. The phosphate cement-based repairing material prepared by the invention has the setting time of about 30 minutes, is short in repairing time and remarkable in repairing effect, and is suitable for rapid repairing engineering of cement concrete pavements.
本发明公开一种混凝土道路修补材料及其制备方法与应用。该材料由重量份数计的组分制备而成:电工级镁砂40‑55份、磷酸二氢钾13‑17份、偏高岭土6‑12.5份、改性疏水超细粉8‑10份、复合外加剂3‑7份、细集料32‑57份、水7‑9份;所述改性疏水超细粉的制备方法为:按重量分数计,取15%聚甲基氢硅氧烷、4%聚乙烯醇表面活性剂、81%SiO2纳米粒子在超声条件下以80±5r/min的速度下搅拌30min,经干燥粉磨得比表面积大于1000m2/kg的超细粉末,即改性疏水超细粉。本发明制备的磷酸盐水泥基修补材料,凝结时间在30分钟左右,修复时间短,修复效果显著,适用于水泥混凝土路面的快速修复工程。
