Paving method of regenerated roadbed based on full utilization of solid waste
The invention discloses a paving method of a regenerated roadbed based on full utilization of solid waste. The paving method comprises the following steps: (a) prefabricating an asphalt layer solid waste regenerated material and a gravel mixture; (b) mixing the asphalt layer solid waste regenerated material, the gravel mixture and lime, and building a regenerated roadbed marl stone layer; (c) paving an impermeable layer and a fixing frame, mixing the asphalt layer solid waste reclaimed material, the gravel mixture, a plastic strip and a nylon rope, injecting the mixture into the fixing frame, and building a regenerated roadbed grading drainage layer; (d) mixing the gravel mixture with natural gravel, cement and water to build a regenerated roadbed cement stabilized gravel layer; and (e) mixing the asphalt layer solid waste regenerated material with natural gravel, and building a regenerated roadbed asphalt layer. The regenerated roadbed laid by the method has the characteristics of high structural strength, high stability, good drainage effect and the like, and meanwhile, the problems that the utilization rate of solid waste treatment is low, a substrate layer is damaged due to untimely drainage of the regenerated roadbed and the like at present are solved.
本发明公开了一种基于固废全利用的再生路基的铺设方法,包括以下步骤:(a)预制沥青层固废再生料和碎石混合料;(b)将沥青层固废再生料、碎石混合料及石灰拌合,筑成再生路基泥灰结石层;(c)铺设防渗层和固定框,将沥青层固废再生料、碎石混合料、塑料条、尼龙绳拌合后注入固定框,筑成再生路基级配排水层;(d)将碎石混合料与天然碎石、水泥、水拌合,筑成再生路基水泥稳定碎石层;(e)将沥青层固废再生料与天然碎石拌合,筑成再生路基沥青层。本发明方法铺设的再生路基具有结构强度高、稳固性高、排水效果好等特点,同时解决了目前固废处理利用率低下、再生路基排水不及时毁坏基底层等问题。
