Asphalt reclaimed material heating furnace
An asphalt reclaimed material heating furnace comprises a heating furnace body, an inner barrel is arranged in an outer barrel of the heating furnace body, a gas combustion device extending into the inner barrel is arranged at one end of the heating furnace body, and a gas inlet with an air adjusting door is formed in the side portion of the end of the heating furnace body; the gas inlet is divided into two paths, one path is connected with the inner barrel, and the other path is connected with an air duct between the inner barrel and the outer barrel. After large particles are filtered, cold air of about 100 DEG C enters from the gas inlet and is intensively mixed with high-temperature gas of 2000 DEG C generated by the fuel gas combustion device in the inner barrel, and generated gas of about 600 DEG C is sent out from the outlet end of the heating furnace body to heat a recycled asphalt material, so that the problem that the asphalt material is aged due to direct flame heating is solved; the heating efficiency is improved, and the risk of ignition of regenerated excess materials after shutdown is reduced.
本发明公开了一种沥青再生料加热炉,其包括加热炉炉体,加热炉炉体的外筒体内设置有内筒体,在加热炉炉体一端设伸入在内筒体内的燃气燃烧装置,在加热炉炉体该端的侧部设带调风门的气体入口;气体入口分两路,一路与内筒体连接,另一路与内筒体和外筒体间的风道连接。本发明经过滤大颗粒后100℃左右的冷气从气体入口进入与内筒体内燃气燃烧装置产生的2000℃高温气体强烈混合,生成600℃左右的气体从加热炉炉体出口端送出对再生沥青料进行加热,克服了火焰直接加热使沥青料老化的问题,提高了加热效率,减少停机后再生余料着火的风险。
