The invention discloses a repairing and reinforcing device for a river-crossing cable trench. The repairing and reinforcing device comprises a cast-in-place pile, a steel beam and a concrete pile. The cast-in-place pile is arranged below the cable trench and used for being hit at the river bottom; the top surface of the steel beam is used for supporting the outer bottom surface of the cable trench; the concrete pile wraps the steel beam and is in contact consolidation with the cast-in-place pile; after the cast-in-place pile and the steel beam are arranged, the concrete pile is formed by pouring concrete into the steel beam; thus, the concrete pile fixes the steel beam on the cast-in-place pile, the cast-in-place pile supports the steel beam to enable the steel beam to abut against the outer bottom face of the cable trench so as to stably support the cable trench, at the moment, the overall strength of the cable trench is high, and potential safety hazards can be reduced. The invention further discloses a repairing and reinforcing method of the river-crossing cable trench.
