The invention discloses a novel road cone for rainy and snowy weather. The novel road cone comprises a base, a cone body is fixedly mounted at the top of the base, an air inlet is formed in the wall of the cone body, a warning lamp is arranged at the top of the air inlet, the lower surface of the warning lamp is fixedly connected with the outer surface of the cone body, and a lighting mechanism is movably mounted in the warning lamp. A connecting rod is fixedly connected to the bottom of the lighting mechanism and located in the cone body. According to the novel road cone for rainy and snowy weather, a spoiler is installed in the cone body, when wind flows through the spoiler from the air inlet, the movable plate and the fixed plate rotate close to the rotating shaft in an arc shape, the dip angle of the supporting plate is increased, a part of wind flows into the cone body along the outer surface of the movable plate, and the wind entering the cone body flows through the spiral pipe to provide a part of downward pressure; when external wind power is too large, the inclination angle of the spoiler is increased, the ventilation quantity is increased by reducing the contact area, and the problems that the outer surface of the cone is unbalanced in stress and prone to toppling over are solved.
